I don't think the 35 DT armor is actually possible to get in the game, though - I think the actual best armor would probably be around 25 DT, for a maximum total DT of 39. Developed over a decade of war by West-Tek, it incorporates many of the lessons gleaned from the T-45 power armor service history. It has less Rad resistance the the T-51 power armor and gives CHR -1, the T-51 gives CHR +1. I believe that FOOK adds DR to armor and I'd like to do the same to my piece of armor. If you want good armour that's east to get either go to durable dunns sacked caravan camp or the van graffs. I always felt that Fallout New Vegas does too little to encourage the use of Medium and Heavy Armor. Long story short i noticed that most of the armor medium and heavy that is in new vegas has DT and DR. In terms of DT alone, Gannon Family Tesla Armor (which is good, especially with energy weapons, but only available from Arcade's companion quest) is the highest medium armor in the game, with 26.
